Shipping Method
Free shipping on orders with a £100 subtotal or higher. Free shipping automatically applied at checkout. SHIPPING TIME We know you have fabulous plans for your new shoes. That's why we do our best to process orders within 2-3 business days (except for holidays and weekends, of course.) With the free shipping option, your new shoes will show up on your doorstep within 7-15 business days
Please note that your package may not be able to be delivered if you do not have a physical mailbox or parcel locker at your address.
Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 12 pm will go out the following day. Weekend orders placed and weekday orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the within the next two business days. Shipping times once in transit are between 5-10 business days. Carrier and HQ holidays not included. Expedited shipping is not available to P.O. boxes.
DELAYS If for some reason your order is delayed during order processing, we will contact you via email or telephone. To track your shipment after your order has been confirmed please use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that carrier delays are possible and we are unable to view any additional updates that are not mentioned by the carrier on your tracking link. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any issues or need additional assistance. LOST PACKAGES Blmapp5 ships to the address entered and does not require a signature. We cannot guarantee the security of the delivery address. If the shipment shows delivered to the correct location, and the package is missing or stolen, Blmapp5 shall not be held responsible. Customers may choose to ship to a local UPS store for a more secure option or purchase Package Protection. Please note that in the event of a lost or stolen package without Package Protection that shows delivered, Blmapp5 will initiate a UPS claim on behalf of the customer, however we cannot guarantee the claims outcome. Claims take 10-14 days to process. FILE A CLAIM WITH PACKAGE PROTECTION If you added package protection to your order and it's been over 48 hours since your package was delivered you can submit a claim here.
